Tips for your RunLites lights.

CHARGE your RunLites LED units before first use. The RunLites LEDs will be fully charged when the RED indicator light go out. Often the unit’s power is discharged in transit.

Connect the provided cable to a power block, powered USB port, or vehicle USB to charge. A small RED indicator charging light will appear in the LED bar when the unit is charging.  When the charging is complete the red indicator light will turn off.

If the LED unit is still not functioning, consider switching cables, repeat above process.  The RunLites LED unit will charge on any micro (Android type) USB cable.

What if I received RunLites as a gift, and I don't have a receipt?

 If you received RunLites as a gift and do not have a receipt, you can return your products for a RunLites store credit equal to the lowest sale price offered on your RunLites product in the past 90 days. Shipping will not be included.

To receive a store credit, use our CONTACT US form to send your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the item you are looking to return. We will email you instructions on how to return the item and receive credit.

How can I return an item?

Step 1: Start by completing the return form of the packing slip that came with your item. Be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Keep a copy for your records.
Step 2:
Repack all contents in the original packaging. Be careful to include everything.
Step 3: Choose a return method either USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.
