Return Policy

RunLites wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date your purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling.

We will refund original S&H on returns if an item is defective or if we made an error and if the item(s) are returned within 30 days; however, if you return the item for any other reason, we will not refund the original S&H fee.

How can I return an item?

Step 1: Include a copy of the original packing slip that came with your item. Indicate the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.  If you request an exchange, indicate the new size desired.  Keep a copy for your records.
Step 2:
Repack all contents in the original packaging. Be careful to include everything.
Step 3: Choose a return method either USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.

What if I received RunLites as a gift, and I don't have a receipt?

If you received RunLites as a gift and do not have a receipt, you can return your products for a RunLites store credit equal to the lowest sale price offered on your RunLites product in the past 90 days. Shipping will not be included.

All products must be returned in new, unused and unworn condition to receive store credit. To receive a store credit, use our CONTACT US form to send your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the item you are looking to return. We will email you instructions on how to return the item and receive credit.
